Make your next batch of Chili with a combination of Akaushi Beef Chuck and Akaushi Ground Beef and prepare to be amazed! Your taste buds (and your family) will love you for it!

In a stainless steel or enamel stockpot, saute the meat in 2 tablespoons of peanut oil until brown. Then, transfer with a slotted spoon to a bowl. Add 3 tablespoons peanut oil to the pot, along with the onions and green peppers. Cook until softened. Then, add the garlic. Cook at stir for 3 minutes.

Add the meats, jalapenos, chili powder, ground cumin, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Add 1 cup broth, tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer for 2 hours, stirring frequently. Add more broth if it thickens too much. ENJOY!

Mix all the ingredients together and bake at 400 degrees until brown. Check about 40 minutes.
